An elegant new landmark

Our proposals include an elegant, slender, light-reflecting tower – a striking new landmark for London, standing at 254 metres (72 storeys).

The crystalline architecture and slender form will provide a stunning contribution to London’s skyline – reflecting the elements and its environment.

At the top of this new landmark, designed by Renzo Piano, will be a publicly accessible open-air sky garden inspired by Kew Gardens and a two-storey restaurant totalling over 13,000 sq. ft. – both offering unobstructed panoramic views of London.

More than 108,000 sq. ft. of office space aims to provide a distinctive new home for a dynamic mix of small and medium sized businesses, innovative start-up companies and creative industries, in addition to the provision of over 330 residential homes, with parking.

The proposals will create more than 1,100 new full-time equivalent jobs and economic benefits for London, and over 450 construction jobs over a four-year build period.
